The service
Armasite Intelligence is a subscription dashboard that connects to marketing platforms you authorize and presents the resulting data in one place for your organization and, if you’re an agency, your clients.
Your account and connections
- You’re responsible for only connecting accounts you’re actually authorized to connect — your own, or a client’s with their permission.
- You keep ownership of the data those connections produce. We process it to run the service; we don’t acquire any rights to it beyond that.
- You’re responsible for keeping your own login credentials secure.
Subscriptions and billing
Access is subscription-based per the plan your organization is on. If a subscription lapses, access degrades on a grace-period basis before being suspended — you’ll be notified before that happens, not cut off without warning.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the platform to violate the terms of service of any connected provider (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), to access data you’re not authorized to see, or to attempt to circumvent the access controls that separate one organization’s data from another’s.
Ending the relationship
You can disconnect any connected account or close your account at any time. See our data deletion instructions for what happens to your data afterward.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided as-is while it’s under active development. We work to keep it reliable and your data secure, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, and our liability for any issue is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the preceding three months. This section in particular is a placeholder for real legal language, not a substitute for it.
