Data Deletion Instructions

You’re always in control of the connected accounts and data behind your Armasite Intelligence dashboard. There are two ways to remove data, depending on what you want gone.

Disconnect a specific platform

If you want to stop a specific connector (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok) from being connected:

  1. Sign in and go to the Connectors page.
  2. Find the connector and select “Disable.”

The stored access token for that connection is deleted immediately and automatically — this isn’t a manual cleanup step on our side, it happens the moment you disable the connector. Historical metrics already collected from that connector remain in your dashboard unless you separately request full deletion below.

Delete all your data

To request deletion of your entire account and all associated data — connected-account tokens, collected metrics, and account information — email privacy@armasiteintelligence.com from the email address on your account with the subject line “Data deletion request.” We’ll confirm receipt and complete the deletion within a reasonable period, except for records we’re required to keep for legal or accounting reasons.

If you connected through a platform’s own settings

If you revoke Armasite Intelligence’s access directly from Google, Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn’s own account settings instead of through our Connectors page, that platform will stop issuing us new data immediately. To also remove what we already collected, email us as described above.
